Tension As Fire Guts Bus Carrying Diesel In Ikeja (Photo

According to The Nation, a bus that was on its way to deliver diesel to Greenville Schools, GRA, Ikeja, caught fire on Thursday.

The event happened along Ladoke Akintola Street’s Bisi Ogunjobi Lane.

While locals attempted to put out the fire, thick smoke covered the entire area.

Officials from the Lagos State flames Service eventually arrived after locals had made fruitless attempts to douse the flames using extinguishers.

Residents flocked to the area to watch or lend assistance, and police officers were present.
