Slain Rivers DPO: Police Recover Corpse Of Prime Suspect, 2Baba

The body of Gift Okpara, popularly known as 2Baba, the infamous cultist and main suspect in the murder of SP Bako Angbashim, a former Divisional Police Officer of Ahoada Division, five months ago, has been recovered by the Rivers State Police Command.

According to Alabareports, this move comes after law enforcement recently declared that Gift Okpara, the alleged leader of the Iceland cult, had been killed during a security operation in the Idu-Ekpeye community in Ahoada East. However, there have been rumors that some of his followers took possession of his body and made off with it.

The cult leader’s adherents were led by the agents to a remote woodland where the deceased leader’s body had been buried on Thursday, according to a police source who asked to remain anonymous.
