Nigerian Police Stop Renowned Kidnappers Who Were Terrifying States: Abuja, Kaduna, and Others

Some well-known kidnappers and gunrunners who had been terrorizing the states of Abuja, Kaduna, Kogi, and Nasarawa have been eliminated by the Nigerian Police.

The Nigeria Police Force spokesperson, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, announced the achievement in a statement made public on Friday. She stated that in the early hours of Thursday, agents from the FID-IRT unit of the force neutralized the suspects at their hiding place.

According to Alabareports, the police also revealed that the people who had been neutralized had supplied weapons to robbers in the area.

“The Nigeria Police Force’s FID-IRT has recorded yet another feat in the ongoing fight against crime and criminality in the country, as part of the sustained efforts to rid the system of criminals, most especially kidnappers,” stated Adejobi in a release.
