Cult Groups Fight in Ogun, With Two Killed

Two people are said to have died in a new cult conflict that began last Thursday night in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State.

After learning that the victims were shot dead in various parts of Abeokuta, Alabareports was notified.

The conflict started, according to Daily Trust, when Dare, a man known only as “Dare,” a reputed head of the Eiye fraternity, was shot and killed in front of his home in the Ijeja neighborhood of Abeokuta, Abeokuta South Local Government Area.

The kingpin, also known as Oloba, was allegedly shot and killed by people who appeared to be members of the Buccaneer Fraternity.
