According to veteran Nigerian singer Eedris Abdulkareem, 2face owes Blackface, his former bandmate, the majority of his career achievements.

According to the singer, Blackface was the head of the now-defunct Plantashun Boiz, which gained notoriety for 2Baba.

Actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu, Deity Cole, and Husband Material, co-hosts of The Honest Bunch Podcast, featured him as a guest on their most recent edition.

“Most of the things wey 2face be today, na Blackface make am happen,” Abdulkareem stated in Pidgin.

“Charly Boy Sold Me Out; I Cannot Trust Him With Money.”
Abdulkareem, meantime, has voiced his disgust with what senior colleague Charles Oputa—also referred to as Charly Boy—did to him.

According to Alabareports, the “Jaga Jaga” crooner revealed this in a teaser from an upcoming episode of “The Honest Bunch” podcast, which will air on Monday, February 19.

The performer, who defeated kidney disease in 2022, claimed that his business partner, Charly Boy, lacked ethics when it came to matters of money.

Eedris said fiercely that Charly Boy had betrayed him.
“Charly Boy sold me out, and when it comes to money, he is not a man of integrity,” he declared. When was the last time you heard that I’ve been batified and that I stand by your mandate? Even the Yoruba people who are yelling Emilokan are in pain.
