Victor AD laments expensive suite, cites wasted space and absence of women

Victor AD had a bone to pick with the newest suite of offices in his company. He complained that the expense was outrageous, and that it felt like a waste of space. He felt that the new office was missing a certain something, and realized it was the absence of women. He pointed out that having a diverse workforce was important, and that a single-gender office would not be able to nurture the creativity and innovation he was looking for. He concluded that it was important to have a balanced workforce, and that having only one gender present was not a good approach. Hopefully, his company will take his advice and make the necessary adjustments in the future.
