Angel Smith, a housemate who was sent from Big Brother Naija All Stars in 2021, has stated that she was the subject of obituary posters created by trolls during her time on the show.

She claimed that she found it difficult to be open in the All-Star edition due to the negative reaction she faced after discussing her mental health during her season in 2021.

During a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Angel claimed that supporters of the opposition made fun of her mental health issues and utilized them as an excuse to harass her on social media.

“In ‘Shine Ya Eye’ 2021, I talked about my mental health and how much I struggled, and they [trolls] started using it,” the woman stated, describing how difficult it was for her to be vulnerable this season on Big Brother.against me. I mean, there were a lot of stories saying that I’m insane and should check myself into a mental health facility.

“Hearing those things hurts.” In 2021, I came across a tweet that stated, “Very soon she would soon h**t herself.” because I mentioned self-h**ting.

“I came back out to a lot of hurtful things [in 2021]: People made me obituary posters.”
