‘I wished for death after failed cosmetic surgery’ – Transgender Jay Boogie

Well-known transgender person in Nigeria, Daniel Anthony Nsikan, often known as Jay Boogie, has said that he had problems after a botched cosmetic surgery and expressed a wish to die.He claimed that as his health deteriorated, he needed daily dialysis in order to be able to urinate.
During a recent conversation with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Jay Boogie revealed that he was also getting death threats on social media as a result of some of his buddies posting false photos of him in the hospital bed and lying about the fact that he was in need of money for a kidney transplant.
