He added that rap singers from his native nation, including the late AKA and Cassper Nyovest, served as inspiration.

This was revealed by the 26-year-old in a podcast interview with Afrozons.

“My pioneers for hip-hop in Africa are M.I, Sakordie, Olamide, Phyno, AKA, Cassper [Nyovest], Naeto C., in no particular order,” he declared. There’s an enormous number.

Rapper Nasty C, who calls himself the “Coolest Kid in Africa,” is among the most popular rappers on the continent in terms of sales.

He has worked with a number of Nigerian musicians, such as Davido, Runtown, and Burna Boy.
