I want to act Nollywood movie – American Psychologist, Umar Johnson

American psychologist Dr. Umar Johnson has stated that he would like to appear in a Nigerian film.

He urged Nollywood producers to get in touch with him about appearing in their productions.

But he pointed out that the movie needs to be conscious.

In a video that has gone viral, Dr. Johnson stated, “I’m waiting for an invitation to Nigeria.” My goal is to break into Nollywood. I’d like to play a lead role in a few Nigerian films. I was introduced to Black Nollywood in Nigeria by someone.

“I’d like to star in a Nollywood film. However, anyone producing a film needs to exercise consciousness. I’m not blaxploiting in any way. I have to play the egotistical part. Being myself has to be my role. I’m able to have a distinct name and character, yet it ought to be progressive and Africanist.

“I refuse to be a con artist on TV. I’m not acting like a drug dealer, pimp, or criminal. It needs to be reliable. Being egotistical is essential.
