Nigerian athletes who were stopped from participating in the ongoing 2020 Tokyo Olympics have protested on Friday.

The athletes numbering about 10 were considered ineligible by the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) for not meeting the minimum testing requirements under Rule 15 governing National Anti-Doping Federation.

The athletes while protesting today, accused the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) of negligence.
