Can’t believe I was part of that joke – Toyin Lawani mocks Real Housewives of Lagos show

Toyin Lawani, a celebrity designer, has apologized for her involvement in the contentious reality series Real Housewives of Lagos.She described her participation in the show as a “joke” and said she is still in disbelief.
Lawani posted the following on her X (formerly Twitter) account: “[I] Can’t believe I was part of a joke.” The Real Housewives of Lagos reality program took a contentious turn when certain stars in season 2 accused Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo of “bullying.” #Rholagos #kof #kingofallQueens.
Ojo defended herself by saying that the show was written in a message that was just made public on her Instagram page. She said that although she had chosen to play the “villain,” her co-stars were giving the impression that the show was based on “real life.”
