Breaking: Veteran Nollywood Actress, Cynthia Okereke is dead

After a brief illness, popular Nollywood veteran Cynthia Okereke gave in to nature.

Her coworker shared this information on Twitter after paying his final respects to the legendary Nollywood actor with movingly penned comments.

He further expressed his sadness over her dismissal, calling her an excellent, decent, and lovely soul.

He stated:

“Nwanyi oma, REST IN PEACE. I’m beyond words broken. The fact that I was going to buy your jet ticket so you could finish the project we started before you passed away just last night is regrettable. one of the most difficult situations I’ve recently encountered.

“I hope I can bounce back from this shock. Actually, life is simply a mist. You have it one second, then you don’t. I’ve known you for more than 20 years, and in that time, you’ve always been such an outstanding, honourable, and delightful person to be around.

While Nigerians continue to process the tragedy of her death, her family has yet to disclose the precise cause of death.

Okereke was well renowned for flawlessly executing a remarkable service on a number of film roles, most of which she cast as a mother.
