AFCON 2023: Refrain from returning to South Africa Following their defeat, South Africans Threaten Super Eagles Goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali

According to reports, he has received advice not to go back to his home country of South Africa, where he plays for Chippa United FC.
Former Super Eagles International football player Idah Peterside remarked, “The biggest problem we have had is that we have gotten some messages where people have sent messages to the goalkeeper threatening him,” during an early February 8 interview on Channels TV. He’s reportedly being told not to return to South Africa since he didn’t want us to win. There have been no reports of violence. but only warnings. They have been threatening both him and other individuals.
