Hollywood star Christian Oliver perished in a Caribbean plane disaster with his two daughters. The four people on board—pilot Robert Sachs, 51, his daughters Madita, 10, and Annik, 12—were killed when the privately owned, one-engine aircraft crashed into the Caribbean Sea shortly after takeoff, according to local authorities.
In a statement, the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force stated that the event occurred just after lunchtime on Thursday while the family was traveling from Bequia, a small island in the Grenadines, to St. Lucia.
Oliver was born in Germany. He is the star of more than 60 films and television shows. For his parts in “Valkyrie” and “The Baby-Sitters Club,” he is most recognized.
