2Baba my mentor, I copy him a lot – Peruzzi

The renowned artist Innocent Ujah Idibia, also known as 2Baba, is the coach of Nigerian singer Peruzzi, also known as Tobechukwu Victor Okoh.Peruzzi acknowledged that the “African Queen” crooner had a big influence on his talent and confessed to “a lot” of songs and style emulating him.
Peruzzi recently discussed in an episode of Pop Central’s Zero Conditions podcast.
“2Baba is my daddy [mentor],” he declared. I take many cues from him. You might tell I copied his verse and made some changes if you listened to “Amaka.”
I still imitate him to this day. I must be honest here.
Peruzzi added during the performance that his versatility makes him a “special” artist.It’s all within my power when it comes to music.Every artist you’ve encountered is limited in their knowledge; they don’t know everything. I am unique because of this,” he remarked.
