Paul Okoye ‘Rude Boy’ Calls Out INEC

Rude Boy, a member of the P-Square band, has criticised the Independent National Electoral Commission for the deadline set for PVC collection before the general election of 2023.
Paul Okoye pointed out that 26 million students are now enrolled in classes and are therefore all entitled to vote.

He further stated that most of these students registered for 2023 election during the strike embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) in 2022 and may not collect their PVCs with only 10 days remaining for the collection.
